"Interview process is horrible. Questions that require detail that would be asked in a "in person" interview. Then to conclude it at least an hour video interviewing with yourself. After submitting you run a high risk of just getting an automated response not knowing if there was any interest at all. All this to save a buck on HR resources. Being a non profit agency that gears towards the minorities and diverse groups is great but you sure do have a process that drives away the few of us that support a business model like yours. Good luck and hope you change your approach as it is horrible for the interviewer. ***To all that apply think twice about doing the leg work unless an actual person reaches out to you with a known interest in you. *** Also, I filled out your survey so no need for your canned response that you gave to the last interviewer - response section."
"I recently signed up for Tufts Health after being on Traditional Medicare, so this is a very early impression. They sent me a member card and a letter asking me to "activate your secure member account" with a QR code. I tried that and got "sorry our systems are unavailable, try again shortly". So I tried the next day and got the same thing. After calling their reasonably competent offshore support, it looks like I can't actually activate the account until the 1st of the year. So this initial review is for their IT department wasting my time with the letter and inappropriate error message."
"This company is terrible to work with. Since the ransomware attack (4/17) their systems have shown that we don't have health insurance even though we do. Harvard Pilgrim told us to insist to our healthcare providers that we have insurance. Last week they told us it was fixed. However this week I have been told by Beth Israel Lahey Health that we don't. When we contact the Harvard Pilgrim BILH number they are useless. Their CIO and CISO should be fired. The response is call the number on the back of the card. I have called the phone number numerous times. They haven't been able to do anything. They try to escalate the issue but nothing is resolved. We have literally spent hours on the phone. When I ask for the name of a supervisor they refuse to give any information."
"Really frustrating to spend so much time during an interview process for a remote position only to be told after filling out questionaires and making a video to answer questions that it is not a remote position. Based on some of these reviews not surprised and feel like I may have actually dodged a bullet."
"There was a data breach/ransomware attack two months ago and there has not been one email or letter from the company to policyholders. Their system is down and they won't process or cover anything while it's down - it's like not having any health insurance. Terrible way to run a company - not customer centric at all."
