"I found this gorgeous, 6 ft tall lilac bush. I was able to ask someone questions about taking care of it, which was great. However, I’m giving this place three stars because no one helped or even offered to help me move it into my car. Also no one offered me plastic wrap or boxes to help transport it. I had to chase down the packaging myself. I was there, by myself, trying to maneuver this 6 ft tall plant and prevent it from falling over."
