Tufts Health Plan

"My friend/roommate is a permanently mentally disabled schizophrenic on SSDI which goes through Tufts for medical insurance. They call them and mail flyers constantly to get them to "answer some questions to help identify how they can help them more". I listened to a call they made to them, such a lie, their questioning goes on and on in an attempt to wear down the mentally fragile and get them to say something so that they can stop paying for their Dr visit or medication. I vow here and now should they ever stop paying for my friends meds I will hold Tufts fully accountable for my friends unmedicated actions weather it be property damage, self harm/suicide, assaulting others, killing someone else(manslaughter). These surveys they are maliciously pursuing in the hopes of saving money will cause someone to hurt themselves or someone else. If you or someone you know has already committed an action that harmed someone or themselves because this company called them like this and cut them off of their meds I urge you to contact a lawyer or the ACLU. I really hope whomever thought doing this was a good idea to save money ends up with life in prison for manslaughter or at least negligence leading to death also known as wrongful death. I'm watching you Tufts and I'm keeping records every time you contact them by phone and every mail flyer in on file by date we received it."

"Tufts is the absolute worst. I disenrolled from Tufts early last year. Yet they never removed themselves from my Medicare nor from my MassHealth. Medicare helped me to remove them but, MassHealth is threthening to not renew unless I can prove thet I am nolonger with Tuft's. the very last time there was a claim on my account was the spring of 2022. They take advantage of seniors because they beleive that we won't fight back. However I know attorneys who are not too old or shy to fight Tufts in court. If I lose my Mass Health Standard because of Tufts I will sue Tufts."

"I am reviewing a customer service call only. I was unable to complete the process of selecting a PCP online and dreaded having to call the customer service number. The automated process to get to an agent was almost painless, however when I was connected to an agent, she was a lovely, patient, knowledgeable young woman with a great attitude and impeccable manners. I wish I could call her directly going forward with any questions. Thank you for an easy resolution, Miss Jennifer!"

"Tufts Medicare Preferred: I have never had an issue with this advantage plan. They have paid for everything minus my small co-pays.Prescriptions are very low cost on my plan. However, they could use a better dental plan that covers more."

"Called customer service to review my plan. Customer service was not helpful and not knowledgeable about any plan never mind the that I have. Couldn't understand a word she was saying. I was on hold for 15 mins before I hung up. What happened to customer service. Bring them back in the office this home stuff sucks. Oh did I tell you her dogs was barking too!!"
