"This company STOLE MY MONEY. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY. I asked for a full refund of my policy shortly after paying for it, as I learned it wasn't the insurance I actually needed. After spending over $130, they legitimately STOLE over $30 from my refund, only issuing me a $100 one. When confronted, all that was said was 'Your refund will be $100' with no reason as to why. Considering this company literally did nothing for me, it's a disgusting way of doing business."

"Horrible service and communication. Spoke with Brooke on the phone in October when she advised me that they could not cover a specific operation of my business. I asked to cancel the policy and got new insurance, 2 months later, policy still not cancelled, still charging me and Brooke has no record or recollection of the conversation. Good thing my company records all calls to prove her wrong. Watch out for this shady money grab company."

Very nice people, quick to write you your COI if you need to get into a commercial building or residence. Matthew and Kelly are their names. I would highly recommend using them for General Liability."
