Walmart Pharmacy

"My dog needs a prescription and it totalled $160. The vet found a good Rx coupon for $36 and advised Walmart could fill it. This Walmart Windham pharmacy has a special spot in hell waiting for them. I dropped off my prescription for my dog with a good Rx coupon from a vet for a $36 total Friday night. "No problem" they said. I came back to pick it up the next afternoon and they said they don't accept good Rx coupons from vets so the price will be $360. My options are to accept their bait and switch or let my dog suffer. What an amazing business model built on the back of suffering puppies. It's working just as intended. I understand if you can't accept good Rx coupons. Do not, however, let me walk out the door on a Friday night with the assurance that you WILL accept it if you're going to take it away when I come back Saturday afternoon to get it. Now I have to accept the insanity that is this bait and switch, I can't call it anything else. If you didn't tell me you can't accept it, and you didn't call to let me know that something as drastic as a 10x price change occurred, you need to honor it or else you are a disgusting business. You won't, because you're Walmart and you are too big to fail. Absolutely classless."

"This has got to be the nicest pharmacy I have EVER been to and as a OTR truck driver, I’ve been to a lot. We are tourists from out of state and I had an issue with my insulin and the pharmacist and tech were able to help me and I was on my way to continuing enjoying my vacation! Thank y’all so much!!"

"Went for first Covid vaccine. I dealt with 2 people at the counter, both of whom were very friendly and very efficient at doing their job and the pharmacist who was friendly and very efficient as well. Check in and vaccine time took less than 10 minutes. I am not counting the 15 minutes required for observation time. While waiting the 15 minutes, I was watching the pharmacy staff and they were very friendly, fast, and efficient with every customer they dealt with."
