He emailed me directly a PDF of the levels, along with directing to the plans online. I've been a Fallon member for years and have been more than happy with my doctors, nurses, admin, etc. Note: Dental Insurance for Seniors is necessary with today's dentists. He confirmed my dentist is part of the dental network. Having good dental care is important - many seniors don't have dental insurance after retiring or leaving a company as it's not like the old days."
