Tom, a great employee at Fallon, helped explain the different levels of Fallon Medicare Plus plans - the levels each plan. He emailed me directly a PDF of the levels, along with directing to the plans online. I've been a Fallon member for years and have been more than happy with my doctors, nurses, admin, etc. Note: Dental Insurance for Seniors is necessary with today's dentists. He confirmed my dentist is part of the dental network. Having good dental care is important - many seniors don't have dental insurance after retiring or leaving a company as it's not like the old days."

"I just had to switch to Fallon because I aged out of my parents Blue Cross MA insurance. They are denying coverage on medicine I have been taking FOR YEARS for a GI condition. I paid 75$ out of pocket several weeks ago to get a few days worth of the medicine because my symptoms are so bad without the meds. I just gave birth 3 months ago and am very vulnerable to full out flares without this medication, but they have denied the prior authorization from my specialists office. My previous insurance never had a second of problem with this. Do not waste your time or money on this inhumane company which will jump at the opportunity to deny you Healthcare to make a profit."
