"I have been wanting to mention for some time now how very happy I am with the pharmacy here at Walmart. All, and I really mean all, of the staff here are pleasant, friendly and helpful. Most of all though, I want to mention how Jay, the pharmacist, has used his knowledge to help me understand not only how my mom's medications work, but has gone certainly above and beyond expectation when I have had questions and serious concerns about things going on with my mom as I am caregiver to her and often feel overwhelmed. His patience, understanding and real concern for all of Walmart pharmacy's patrons deserves recognition and I hope I am helping with that. I also want to mention Kathryn who stepped in one day when I was hoping to be able to ask Jay a question, disappointed that he was not on that day, and she did not hesitate to pick up where he left off, ever so empathetic to my needs. To whomever this info may concern, I am hoping that you are aware of the great people who are working for you every day in that little Walmart pharmacy in North Conway, NH, and that you will be sure to let them know how very special and appreciated they are!!"
