"Hafe the time they don't fill my scripts for my seizure meds or my sons and if they do they only fill one medication and not the other expesally when they get new prescriptions and if they only have enough for like have the scripts they won't fill it unless they have the whole amount unless I call and raise he'll with them witch I don't like to have to do cause it stresses me or and causes me to have seizures and it shouldn't be that way I'm at the point where I'm gonna change my pharmacy, I don't feel like they truly care about people s health all they care about is the money!! I don't recommend Walgreens pharmacy in any town expesally newport maine!!!"

"The lady who helped me thi k her name was Brandi was hands down one of the friendliest people I have had the pleasure to meet she was very energetic vibrant full of knowledge and new the layout of the store very well. When I returned days later she was working in the pharmacy and after years of dealing w slow waits some how this woman and the pharmacist got my mess filled so quickly it made my head spin. Please make sure u ask for Brandi if u want to be in and out as well as get things done. She had a great head on her shoulders and I think her husband was a man as well very strong and good looking man. From what I saw"

"My experience with prescriptions and such at the pharmacy has been fine since the new, downsized store opened. However, the last two times I've been there I've encountered the most unfriendly, unhelpful, downright rude staff person imaginable. She should not be working in a health setting. Staff should be trained to offer assistance to a person using a cane rather than glare at them and point unhelpfully at the bottom shelf."

"This fairly new branch replaced a closed branch just a hop, skip and a jump down the road. I think of it as a Walgreens Express, because although all pharmacy and immunization needs can be met, you will find a greatly reduced line of regular products you might be used to seeing in Walgreens. Grove Ryan items, for example, are restricted mostly to snack items. But they do have a little of everything and plenty ofobver the counter medical items, and the service has been great, so we will contito use it. (A woman to,d me on the phone that they very occasionally can’t open due to staffing issues, so if you drive quite a way it won’t hurt to call first."
