"I don't receive WIC, but I do process it as a cashier. My only problem is WIC needs to educate the foreigners more on how to shop for the product they are allowed. Also tell them WIC don't pay the 5 cent deposit on the bottle of juice. Other than that WIC is a good program, it helped me 30 years ago when my kids were little."
