"Was at the pharmacy today and what a GREAT experience. The lady that waited on us, Michele was fantastic. She went "Over and Above" on a prescription we had that wasn't covered by our insurance...to get us a better price saving us around $80.00 with another plan Good RX. In the world we live, people like Michele are extremely RARE! Thank You Michele for all your help, Walmart should be proud to have you on their team!"
"Done with this pharmacy .... never ready when says they will be, doesn't answer or respond to calls from doctor's office.... and today was final straw - doctor called in a script that has been called in several times before - pharmacist realized at nearly 6pm that he has a question for the doctor and won't fill it - going to be at least another 24 hours before we can get the script now....."
"Justin the pharmacist here at Wal-Mart in Waterville and Augusta Maine is the worse pharmacist we ever had the pleasure doing business with. He was mean rude and enjoyed playing God when it came out allowing scrips to be filled. In fact he laughed and Called my wife dumb. Said he won't do it because he doesn't want too. Straight up. Well people need meds. Daily. Not because they want to but because they need em. Straight up disgusting. And he won't switch pharmacy."
