"I have a 100% covered procedure that was done and they charged me $1074. They haven't even filed the claim against my insurance yet which has verified it is a 100% covered. No one is doing anything to expedite this. I will not go back. The nurses were wonderful. ------Since this review I have received a call from the Hospital and was credited the charge in full. It seems it was an unfortunate accident. As I said the nurses, doctor, and staff were wonderful in my care."

"I was sent here from urgent care for heart issues. I was promptly received and admitted to emergency. Most of all the diagnostics were handke promptly. I still had to wait 6 hours for a diagnoses and treatment plan. Upon discharge I was given some other patients paperwork (I didn't realize this until I got home). They also gave me the wrong heart rate monitor."

"What started as a normal doctors appointment turned into a trip to the ER. When I first arrived I was greeted by a gentleman named Patrick sitting at the front desk. Patrick was caring, attentive and funny! He got me registered, completed my vitals and within 5 minutes i was brought back. I was then seen by a gentleman named Adam. From the moment I got there it felt like I was in a 5 star hotel. He kept making sure I was comfortable. Brought me water and a warm blanket. Without even asking. I was in my work uniform and they even gave me comfy pants to wear for my ER visit! The hospitality and professionalism that Adam showed was just the cherry on top! He made me feel like my pain I was having was relatable by sharing the experiences he has had and even showed me ways that has helped him relieve his pain. Thank you Adam Mills and the rest of the ER team for making my ER experience effortless and stress free! The care I received and the kindness of the staff made my er visit even better. "I had a pleasant experience when I went to the Portsmouth Urgent Care. I was attended to immediately and the facilities were very clean. I do think though that their e-checkin in via their tablet has room for improvement. It took me longer to check in with the numerous questions than for my treatment."
