"Jim and Shawn were both very helpful with excellent customer service. I had an issue with my tire pressure and valve stems. Jim looked at my tires and said we can fix them. Explained that I might need some new parts. At check out Shawn explained what they did to fix the tires. Asked me if I had any questions. Both were super nice. I will continue to do business with the Hanover store. Highly recommend going there for your car tire needs."
"Stopped at Town Fair Tire because I just discovered I had a flat tire. Shawn was very helpful and was able to take my car immediately. He said he would have the technician look at it and if he could patch it he would, if not, he would order my tire as they did not have it there and put the spare on. As luck would have it, the tire just needed to be patched. I didn’t have to wait long, Shawn was personable and professional. As a woman, I feel like when you go into these places, the guys just try to tack on everything under the sun, I did not have that at Town Fair, and I appreciated it. My husband always goes there for his tire needs and I will now too. Thank you Shawn, for a great experience."
"I buy all my tires at Town Fair and will continue to do so. I’ve had 3 flat tires in 2 months. Town Fair Tire had provided excellent service every time! The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and respectful of your time. Especially Jim who has been with me for my 3 flats. They have fit me in when it was an emergency, always kept me updated on the progress and went to bat for me with a tire manufacturer. There is no other place I would go for tires."
"I came in to have a damaged wheel replaced with a pre-owned “new” wheel I had purchased. Shawn was excellent and said he could get it done the following day. I arrived the next day and Shawn & his team got it done quickly & officially, for a very reasonable price. Hopefully those curbs will stop jumping out at me! Thank you Shawn for excellent service.
