"I am very disappointed with the service at Bj’s Tire Center. I went there at 4:45 pm when they were open until 7 pm, and the workshop was empty, with no customers waiting. However, they told me they couldn’t help with a flat tire and that they didn’t have time. This is unacceptable, especially since I’ve been a member of Bj’s for 5 years. Lately, I’ve been questioning why I pay for a membership if I can’t get help when I need it. I hope they improve their service in the future.”"

"I had an appointment at 9am to get my tires replaced. The employee didn’t show up until 9:20. They also didn’t have my tires but never notified me that they didn’t come in. My only options are now to buy other tires or wait an unknown amount of time until the tires come in because the employee can’t see order status. Buying other tires would require me to pay full price and also request a refund for my original purchase. This is not a well run business."

"Lazy and rude worker. Wouldn’t service my tire even though I had warranty on them that applies to all all BJs, sent me off to Medford while on spare since it would require “too much work and time”. All 4 tires were purchased 3/27/21. Warranty is within 36 months or a significant amount of miles."

"I ordered new tires for my Acura TSX, the price was very good and I was able to get some quality tires as well. You schedule the appointment online, and come in, no hassle at all. Took a little over an hour from start to finish, no wait which is very good. The installer did a fantastic job balancing my wheels, and it's been a few months, my new tires are pretty much at the same air pressure as well."

"First time visit here. I scheduled an appointment for tire rotation and balancing. I took my car in. I was taken care of quickly and they brought my car right in. That part all went very smoothly as the 4 stars reflect. It took about a half hour from start to finish which is appropriate timing. I was told to replace my lug nuts prior to winter as these ones have a coating on them. Ok I respect the fact that the service tech was up front with me about that concern. Ok great. So far everything seemed to be wonderful. Then I got into my car and left. Now I live about 20 miles away from this BJ's. About 10-15 minutes after I left my tire pressure light came on. I pulled over and checked my air pressure and found 2 tires low on air and the other 2 tires were 2 pounds of pressure below the required amount. This is why I did not give 5 stars. My advice to members and non-members who go for tire service is to double check your tire pressure after leaving or even better check in the parking lot so they can address it before leaving. Because I didn't want to place judgement on them I thought maybe they just didn't know how to set my TPMS. But to find out that in fact they didn't double check the amount of air in my tires is very unprofessional! Especially since the visit was all about my tires. Other than that one hiccup (which could have been fatal) I was mostly pleased with this visit. Next time I will be visiting the store."
