"This was another fantastic experience at BBQ barn. From the beginning Eric worked with us patiently and even helped with some assembly and installation challenges. I’m sure many items sold in the store could be purchased from Amazon or big box retailers, but nowhere will you get the same level of customer service that you get here. It is always a pleasant reminder of how important a community business is when you can pick up the phone and have somebody recognize your voice and answer questions. We have purchased two fairly large ticket items here, and with both of them the personal attention and customer service was without parallel. I could drive around the corner to pick up charcoal from the local hardware store, but I would rather spend the extra 10 minutes to go to BBQ barn because I know the experience will be outstanding. It is always well worth the trip and somehow they always seem to have everything you need (and even a few things you don’t need but end up getting anyway)."
