Jack said if he had to, he would put a new tire on the car himself, I got you. Low and behold, I had a new tire on the car and the “donut” put back in the trunk where it belonged. Jack is one of the most caring and helpful associate on your team. Jack knows his job and how to do it professionally but more importantly, he knows how to relate to people with care and compassion. "Went on the Town Fair Tire website on Tuesday. Took a snap shot of the tires I needed. Called, and confirmed an appointment for Wednesday. I was told that they will have the tires in shop for the next day. Walked in to the shop at 1pm, and met Adam at the desk. Greeted me nicely, and promptly got my information, and walked out to check on the car's particulars. Went back inside, and Adam accepted the price guarantee on my phone. My automobile went into the shop 5 minutes after everything was finalized. Extremely efficient! Painless. I appreciate their service for their customers!"
