"Nobody is worse than this location should be there motto. Try getting a tire rotation there. It's "free" when you buy your tires at Nobody is Worse. I've scheduled two tire rotations in the last two weeks. On my first appointment they said they were booked n it would be at least 90 minutes. So, they recommended to come in on a Monday. On that day, it was now 90 minutes to 2 hours wait and that my car needed a wheel alignment. They didn't even put it on the lift to see if that was the case. They always seem to have 4 tech's at the front desk and literally 1 or 2 people in back working on cars. The place has camera monitors, so you can see the work area. They just seem so nonchalant and could care less about their current customers. Tried calling to reach the manager n corporate but all my calls they passed the buck n went into voicemail. Only go to the Salem NH location if you have plenty of time or it's an emergency. Seriously, a 90 minute to 2 hour wait with an appointment for a tire rotation!."
