"This post was originally posted on August 18, 2023. It was taken down as the associate asked if a refund was given a request for 5 stars or removal of posts that would be required in exchange (never happened as i just called bank). In addition, they broke my key lock and 4 lug nuts (1 on each tire-see attached pictures). It was not replaced during services (balance/alignment). Upon driving onto the highway, my car was shaking, so I pulled over. To be surprised, the lug nuts were loose and missing. The right thing to do is to purchase a lug nug/key lock and charge the customer for it. To allow anyone out on the road without care is a safety issue that could've resulted in a car crash."
