"2 different bad experience. Called to schedule an alignment for the next day and the answer was they did not have any availability for a dropoff alignment. Wife needed a tpms sensor replaced. Quoted her for all 4 and refused to replace the one that the car was not Reading. Feel like they just don't want the work"

"Took it upon themselves to determine whether or not I wanted my other set of tires back without so much as a discussion with me. They “assumed” the right to decide in my stead. Then gave me attitude when I asked for my property."

"This place is a joke….to the fat guy behind the tire get off your a.. and do something.First off let me say that I worked for tire wharehouse for 4 yrs.Great company.Stay clear of this location.Go see Mike at the gold st location.Way better customer service and much more friendly.The manager at the goffstown location is lazy and rude.I stopped in today to have to tires mounted and balanced.They were already off the car I brought the tires and rims to them.I get there not a single car in the parking lot.I go in I see the manager and 2 other employees just hanging out in the lobby.I asked if I could have 2 tires switched over and balanced.The manager says we are too busy today I can’t get to them til next week.Asked me if I wanted to make a appointment for next week.I could do what I wanted done in less than 8 minutes but yet they don’t have time?I would love to work there for a week to show them how you done rite fast and rite.Again not one person there.No cars in the parking lot or in the bays.I told the guy also I didn’t need them today I can pick them up tomorrow.He said they didn’t have time.that guy there is a lazy pc of s…!I went to Mr Gees and the was packed.I dropped my rims and tires on and an hr later got a phone call saying they were ready to be picked up.Never again will I go to the goffstown tire wharehouse"

"Scheduled an appointment online for only a tire installation. Received a call from them stating they needed to cancel the appointment AND they couldn't install my tires until days later. This is the second time this has happened at this location. You would think they could fit a tire installation sooner if they are going to cancel the appointment on me. Very disappointing."
