"Been coming to Town Fair Tire for years but not anymore!!!! Store manager told me over the phone my tires were under warranty and I would be discounted by the amount previously paid but I will have to pay the difference. They ordered the two tires I needed and set up an appointment for two days out for installation of the tires and an alignment. I double checked with the manager about the discount because if I was going to pay full price I would just go to my local Town Fair Tire. My local town Fair had told me the original store(which is an hour away) that serviced my tires was the only store which could provide the discount. After arriving for the appointment I was told they couldn't give me the discount and that I misunderstood over the phone. After some discussion they told me they added a 10% discount for the trouble. When they charged my card the amount was lower than I expected with the 10% discount which was pleasing, but then I was told the tires they ordered two days ago hadn't come in! So after driving an hour home and calling before heading there the next day to check the tires had arrived, I drove the hour back to the Walpole Town Fair Tire. When I arrived they got my car in quickly. The service was quick but once I received the bill I learned the reason the charge on my card was cheaper than expected is because they did not do the alignment!!! There was no 10% discount.. they just didn't perform part of the services! Insanely misleading here! I do not recommend Town Fair Tire after this experience!"

"I showed up to town fair at 8am sharp when they opened on a Saturday in dire need of tires asap. Norm greeted me as soon as I came in and worked with me to find the very best price and fit tire for my vehicle. Norm was very experienced and knowledgeable about every aspect of tires with a great sense of humor to go along. In short time he got me hooked up with the best fit tire for my car/price range with the soonest possible date to get the car serviced. I had a 10 am appointment but dropped it off at 8:30am and given an anticipated finish time of around 1pm. To my surprise at 10:30am I received a call back from Norm saying the cars all done! Fantastic speedy service all around! If I had 3 thumbs they would all be up! 5 star review!"
