"My mom has been a long time customer of PK Beauty Supply in Brockton for over 10 years. If you're buying hair or a wig they will escort you to the check out. The staff will follow you around the store. This has been an on going thing in black communities when Asians choose to sell African American products. That doesn't bother my mom. What happened today was completely unforgivable. My mom and I had just come from breakfast and she wanted to stop by PKBS to grab a few items. My mom needed to use the bathroom and they refused. MY mom begged and pleaded with the staff but they refused. We will not be visiting this location ever. We will take out business to BSW Beauty Supply in Brockton. Awful staff no compassion for old ladies."

"As usual Asians coming into the black community selling us products but being racist to the black community. DO NOT. Do not go here. They don’t invest in the people that they sell.There are Plenty of more customer friendly BLACK OWNED again black owned beauty supply places in Brockton like Queen Beauty Supply. Support your own community. This is 2023 we no longer need to go to Asian stores for our products and endure their racism."

"I have been going here for years dont go as much because i moved further away but when i need anything for me or my daughters hair i always take the longer trip to this store they have a big variety of things... you WILL find what you need in this store if you cant find it there are very nice women that work there and will help you with whatever you need they all are great and very helpful. Love this store"
