"Waitress seemed like she wasn’t happy to work there. I could say that from the way she looked at people and treated. When I ask for my online order to pick up which I waited for 30 minutes. The bartender girl said me to wait at door by saying they would bring it there and when I told that I was waiting there for 30 minutes but nobody even asked what I was waiting for. She said she doesn’t care. I walked away without getting my order. That’s really disappointing being treated by Applebees like that. This happened January 14 around 12:00-12:30 a.m"

"This was the worst restaurant experience. Our waitress was rude and impatient. Our food was okay. We got the all you can eat boneless wings and fries. When we got our second serving there were no fries and when I asked, "don't fries come with this", her response was if you ask nicely. I was not rude to her, I was just wondering why there were none, when we were there in the recent past our 2nd serving always came with them, without asking for them. My water was never refilled. I will not return to Applebee's. I didn't like to go there because of the inconsistent food quality but service was always good until this time."

"Put it lightly, my burger was not made correctly and frys were hard. My wife's food was cold. Everyone working there looked like they were mad. Felt uncomfortable and the light above our head kept flickering. No napkins just not an enjoyable experience."

"Friendly staff, tasty food and good prices. The $5 dollar margaritas are a great addition to any meal and the doughnuts for dessert are better than icing on a cake."

"THE BEST!! THE BEST!!! Absolutely no complaints at all! My server/ bartender/ Jack of all trades (Taco) he is the absolute best!!!!! First off his customer service is everything and more! He made sure all of our needs were met. And on top of it he’s so funny so it made the experience that more enjoyable. Not only was he seating and waiting on customers but he was also the bartender. And when I tell you his drinks are the BESTTTTTT! I will come and sit at the bar any time he’s serving drinks. You name it he makes it beyond delicious with extra care! Now let’s not forget about the amazing chef who cooked my food so delicious. I have been to plenty Applebees and this one with customer service, food , and drinks is the best by far in Massachusetts in my opinion!!!! Taco you are the best thanks for the amazing hospitality and chef your food was finger licking good!!!! Thank you! You gained a customer for life!!!!"
