"Got an ear piercing done and one of the staff was awfully rude. We were there getting a 6 year olds ears pierced. There were two women who were going to do it simultaneously. We had asked the staff who had just come up to do one earring to sanitize her gloves like the other staff member had just done and she had a nasty response."

Monica went sooo above and beyond to make her feel less anxious, and didn't rush her at all. I can't speak highly enough of her and the special care she took. Someone give this fantastic caring woman a raise!"

I simply asked if the earringa had nickle in them due to my allergy and i got "theres mixed metals" so i looked to my friend and stated theres probably nickle and the other skinny long hair lady rudly replied "its mixed metals so yes theres nickle in them" which was uncalled for. I wasnt rude and was just asking a question. The other girl brown hair and in green shirt was assuming my friend was shopilifting when she dosnt even wear jewlery she was shopping for her friend. That other girl has an attitude problem and should probably get reprimanded for it. Uncalled for."
