"this place is crooked they charged me and threw away the product then threatened to call the cops cuz i didnt wanna pay full price for ear piercing when my child disnt get her ears pierced after all and they threw them away instead of letting me take them home or use them to pierce my other kid that was im the store with me i will never go back to this place worst customer service ever then chased me outta the store yelling im calling the cops im calling the cops when i asked them where the ear piercing earings were they said they threw them out i said dig them out i want them anyways they informed me they couldnt be doing it"

"Do NOT get your ears pierced at this store. The employee used the wrong studs to pieces my daughters ears. When I asked the employee if she could correct her mistake she informed me that I would have to pay double the price since the current package was already open (even though it was her mistake). This would mean the cost would be $130 instead of $65 for her mistake. The worst part is that the employee was not apologetic and rather aloof about it all."

"The nicest staff I have ever met, this store really has proper customer service down. The assistant store manager Alexis is super helpful, and the store manager Serena is so sweet. I definitely recommend shopping you won’t be disappointed they have a wide arrange of stuff for all ages!!!"

"Mall closes at 8, I was there at around 7:20. As I was looking around an employee, who was stocking I’m assuming, turns to me and goes “oh um not to be rude but we were supposed to close at 7:15”. Which might have been fine if I had not walked past another employee at the entrance who said nothing to me but smiled and I had already been shopping for five minutes or so. So I put the items I was going to buy down and walked away. If you were going to close at a random time you should’ve closed the actual doors then or put signs up. Just rude and unprofessional."

"This store is messed up completely. Customer service is not on their top list. The marketing managers should reconsider their marketing strategies and invest a budget to train their staff. The staff ( even head managers/ supervisors or whatever) , they are mean, unhappy, angry, and most importantly arrogant. I wouldn’t recommend this store because of the two bad experiences I had with them. Yesterday, I entered the store nobody talked to me then I asked « heather » if one item is also included as the buy 3 get 3 free. Guess what? She said you are old enough to read by yourself, shewing her gum and giving me attitude."
