"Just wanted to give a quick shout-out to whoever was working this afternoon. She was totally wearing a name tag, but I don’t remember what it said! She was super patient and accommodating with my kiddo who was there to get one of her ears re-pierced, though. We actually didn’t end up going through with it after a bit of drama, but this employee was kind and professional and understanding the whole time. My gal said she hopes that when she decides she’s ready to back we’ll see “the one with the jacket with the rainbow” again! Thank you for being so lovely, anyway. Your patience is very much appreciated."

"The store is under New Management. It is so good to see all the changes like ,how clean the store is, how nice and informed the manager is. She did absolutely the best ear piercing with my niece. I have tried to pierce her ears 5x before , she was not having it. This time the manager was talking to her the whole time and she didn't even notice we where doing it. She was really that good and funny too. Thank you Patricia for all you did .."

"Most of the time when I go into this store I have no issues with anything in it and I enjoy what they sell. However, there is one particular employee who has made me and people I know not want to return. She was rude and unprofessional. If she was a teenager that would be one thing but this employee is not a kid. I believe she needs to do more training on understanding that some people go into stores to window shop, and don’t always have the intention of buying something."

"Nice selection of all those bits and pieces that us girls can not do without. Very organized and clean store. They have good prices and the staff is nice. You won't walk out empty handed. They even have scrunchies which I have not seen in a long time. I had to pick up a bunch of them. :)"

"My friend went in and bought earrings and the girl who rang her out was so rude. I’ve never had such terrible service. She bought something else after she realized she rang out and the woman goes, “did you seriously make me just do two transactions.” I am never going back there."
