Burger King

"Nasty gross place do not go here. Management when approached politely about incorrectly made items on menu gets rude and snarky with us. All we asked was.. "Is this how a Bacon King is made here? because there's almost no bacon on either of our sandwiches (there were 3 little broken 1-1.5" pieces"."WE have had them here and other stores before and they were made much differently than these are tonight" He spoke sarcastically at me saying 4-6 pieces and "what do you want? You want me to do get YOU MORE BACON?" loudly. "I said no i'd just like to see my Bacon king made the way you say it should be cuz these wernt there is almost no bacon on them and I walked away while he was still hollering across the dinning room about the bacon ....how embarrassing. Place is a pig sty with soda spilling out of overflow catch basin under the dispensers onto floor. Employees ignore this dangerous fall hazzard while customers are skating across dining area. It wasn't busy, just us and another family seated so it could have been easily addressed but an employee put yellow cone near soda dispenser ignoring the rest of the entire dinning area. Every table and chair was sticky and nasty and had not been cleaned just like the floor extremely gross.... When I am leaving I quietly approach the manager to ask for his name I said "excuse me Sir, you said you were the manager I would like your name for my review about how I was treated by you about our meals and how nasty this place is tonight and he suddenly yells "your on camera you know"...like I did something wrong by questioning how my meal was made and again then later just asking his name for how poor of an expirence it was when I was leaving so i could add it to my review. Place needs a visit from a health inspector an unannounced visit from B.K. corp., re training , product knowledge, manners, a thorough complete disinfecting, a training course for management on cleanliness and customer service. What an utterly insane and gross disgusting expirence. I'd stay away if I were you something has happened to this location over the last 12 months that has it now extremely disgusting. It's not like you expect much going to BK just consistency... and this place is just disgrace to the franchise."

"I've had more times than I can count were I place a mobile order for a cheese burger and get no cheese even if I had extra I get one slice, how can you forget to put cheese on a cheese burger multiple times its redelicious"

"Was ignored for over 20 minutes as I stood at the counter and everyone around me was served when a part of my order was missing. Person assembling orders looked right at me multiple times. Give this one a miss."

"There was a young man working at the drive through window who apparently has a disability & got our order wrong. When trying to explain what was incorrect, he couldn't understand & couldn't correct the mistake. The manager eventually corrected it. The wait for other customers must have been very aggravating. He should be placed in a different position where customers aren't affected negatively."

"This is great Burger King. They have never given me unsalted or dirty fries. The burgers aren't messes and have hit exactly as intended. The managers and staff there are super sweet people who care about the quality of service. They have multiple methods of payment including tap to pay /NFC. They have tons of parking."
