"I had a screw get stuck in one of my (2 month old) tires so I was already not having a great time. I went to 3 places which suggested that I should have made an appointment or maybe leave the car and come back Monday at the end of the day (this was on a Saturday). While I understand they were busy, it was frustrating how they treated the situation and myself. In any case I was very grateful for the professionalism and customer treatment I got from this Mavis and specially Josh. They were very busy with repairs and people coming and going but he still took the time to explain what we could do and then said they would get it done but it would take a while (which I completely expected). It took them like an hour and it was all done."
