"AIM Mutal has done a real good job of handling my worker’s case. Paperwork was handled in an efficient and timely manner. Checks are being sent and received on time….had questions from time to time and Kate Fuller , the agent handling my workers’s case responded promptly with the necessary information. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review was it took about 3 weeks before the first check arrived. Outside of that everything was well handled"

"I'm not one to ever leave 1 star reviews unless its 100% worthy. I run a very small company, less than 5 employees and I've unfortunately used AIM for a couple years. They're always putting us under a microscope to see how much more money they can bill you for through audits. I have never filed a claim for any type of insurance in my life yet the premium goes up every year. Their employees are rude and have some inferiority complex issues in my opinion. I guess they know they didn't about to much other than hassling people for money because I could've maybe potentially had a claim last year... It all comes full circle this company will be out of business or acquired and dissolved soon enough due to horrible leadership and worse employees. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone."
