"So I haven't been to a doctor like Dr. Patel before in my life. She is very wonderful and very good I would recommend her to anyone. She was gentle and I don't like dentists so for me to go out of my comfort zone. I had a bad experience when I was younger and I was 13 when my dentist messed my teeth up pretty bad. I just maintained it the best I could. I told her the story and she was very gentle and amazing. I love this place and the staff was absolutely amazing to me. I would recommend this place by far. The work is fantastic."

My experience with dentists in the past haven’t always been the best… someone who walks in quickly, doesn’t introduce themselves, talks in words I (as a patient) don’t understand, and then recommends the most costly service. Northbridge Smiles is so different! I recently saw Dr. Patel and she was so kind, friendly, and professional. She explained thoroughly what was going on with my teeth and ALL options, cost effective, insurance covered, as well as more expensive and uncovered options for my further treatment. She went above and beyond by CARING for me and looking out for my best interest when it came to my care. I have since been back a few times and each time she has remembered me which made me feel good! As a mom of 2 babies 1 year and under, life can get hectic and they’ve always treated me as an equal. "Failed my root canal. He left an entire root intact and sealed it. Could never get a comfortable bite and went to over 20 appointments for the one failed root canal. Honestly a horrible place to go to. They never answer the phone when you call."

"Very kind staff, I have some tooth issues from some of my depressive episodes and the staff made me feel safe and taken care of. I didn’t feel judged for any of my tooth issues. The location is very clean and has a friendly staff. They know Spanish as well for people who aren’t perfect with english. Dr. Shah gave me a root canal that’s perfectly placed. He’s a very talented doctor. Really recommend coming here. They also accept MassHealth and most insurance plans as well."
