"Best location ever! Right on the beach on a dead end street. We were staying off peak, but so very quiet. A tad out dated, but, we enjoyed having all the amenities of home at our fingertips. Full kitchen, comfy beds and a view to die for!"

"My family has been going to this exact house my entire life. I’m 37. Throughout the years we put up lots of issues with this property, writing them off because we were sentimental and it was “just a beach house”, however the last 10 years or so the issues were becoming harder to overlook with the abundance of quality air b and b’s out there. I can count on one hand the improvements made to this property within my lifetime. And when I say improvements I am talking about swapping out a 20 year old TV for a 10 year old TV, or a newer used couch. One year recently we called to make sure there was a mattress for our daughter. The owner said yes it was in the closet. Well that mattress had clearly been the hole of mice for quite some time. The kicker is the owner asked me to drag it to the curb for him! He’s also asked us to water his flowers for him- buddy, no one’s watering MY flowers back home, why am I watering yours on my vacation? This year I was walking out to the beach and the owners wife was under my beach tent because it had rained that day. I asked her to kindly leave because my family was coming out and I wanted them to have the option to use the tent we brought and set up. I’m a landlord myself and I can’t even fathom going to one of my properties to use my tenants things, especially if I literally don’t even say hello to them when I see them. Save your money and go to one of the hundred of quality air b and b’s in the area, or one of the hotels. At least most of them have an air conditioners and the owners won’t squat on your beach blanket and have you do chores for them."

"Just spent a great week with my family at the Sundial. Units are clean and fully stocked with dinnerware, pots, pans and silverware. Cooked many of our own meals. Just had to bring sheets and towels. Beach is beautiful and there's plenty of room to spread out. Perfect distance from the pier for us - not too close, but close enough to walk there in about 20 minutes. The marsh is close by and we were able to go kayaking and canoeing."

"Such a great deal. The rooms are incredible and the view is too die for. Literally right on the ocean to watch The sunrise from inside. Not a better place in Old Orchard. Just close enough to the pier to walk but not so closer as to be mobbed and easy to get to Scarborough. Lobster rolls and laundromat walking distance and the staff is so helpful. Strongly recommended for family or just a romantic getaway to impress someone special."
