"Rob Williams agency found a cash buyer for our Penthouse Condominium after about 4 years on the market. Although we lost approximately $240,000. On our investment after purchase in 2009, we are very appreciative of his persistence, especially since the condo had no water for a whole week in July of 2016, then again had no drinkable water for another week in fall of 2017 due to bacterial contamination of the building water supply. Of course the water system was decontaminated, however the building is over 100 years(1898) old and surrounded by septic tanks so annually water is tested.The cash buyer took a chance based upon his realtor and due diligence by home inspection. Other earlier Potential buyers complained to the listing realtor that the building had an unpleasant odor, other lookers noted the run down unkempt appearance of many properties nearby. It should be noted the Realtors family home next door was beautifully painted and landscaped, a stark contrast to nearby structures with peeling ugly paint.An example of civic pride and good citizen pride in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, the town is not interested in maintenance of existing homes. However stringent requirements are law for new construction for those from away wishing to build.Thanks Rob Williams."

"Sold me a house that should be condemned and scraped off the planet, robbing this single income, first time home buyer of my life’s savings and now my health. I should have known when Rob said he wouldn’t be a dual agent to represent me that there was something wrong and in hindsight other now clear to me red flags during the process.
