"My family and I have used this company to rent our home by the beach for a few years now. It has been nothing but problems. I go between renters to check up on everything and make sure nothing needs to be fixed. As it is a rental property and gets a lot of use some wear and rear is expected. This has gone beyound that though appliances have been broken and the renters have taken it upon them to try to fix and sometimes even break things more. First of all only an electrician should be touching any of our wires not a renter. We have taken pictures and asked for renter to pay to have more important things fixed such as toilets, sinks, and even the outdoor shower and she has done nothing about it and said it was our problem when we know which renters it was because we check on it between renters. My mother also has not received her money from the company in a timely manner and she has only received 1 check and it has been rented out since May. This was the last straw though the renters found a leak in the sink. They called the rental agent over 5 times and she did not answer, they also left 2 voicemails. They had to shut the water off and go with out because they could not get in contact with the rental agent which is not ok. Then they went to a handy man next door to borrow tools to fix it because they had not been able to get in touch with anyone from the rental agency. This is not ok or professional for a business. If they had done anything major wrong to the house our insurance wouldn't cover it because they weren't a plumber. The renters were furious our neighbor had to call my mother to get in contact with us to get it fixed. What are we paying this rental company to do if they can't be available for our renters let alone answer our phone calls about this. Be very cautious when renting from this place it has been nothing but problem for us and she has not been professional or pleasant about any of this."

"Great oceanfront rental! My wife and I took a trip to Old Orchard Beach a month ago and stayed with Seashore Property Mgmt and had a wonderful time. My wife had never been to the East coast so the fact that we got to stay in an oceanfront rental was great. The staff at Seashore was more than accommodating they were super helpful in pointing out all the hotspots in the area, plus we got to bring our dog! Thanks again and we hope to see you all again next year!"
