"The location is good. But they want to come in your apartment EVERY week! Mostly to inspect your furnitue, which is none of there business. They also come in frequently with NO notice! They seem to try to make your life miserable so you will move out and they can raise the rent without going to the rent control board. The heat puts out air at 55 degrees and the ac can't get the temp below 78 on a day where is 80. They call this functioning. Plan on buying multiple space heaters and your own ac unit."

"When I first moved in to Bayside three years ago, I was not impressed. The building was extremely filthy, maintenance was poor and I didn’t feel safe. But as the years went on, I was beginning to see some improvements. Now, the current staff has really stepped it up and changed things around for the better. The building is clean safe , maintenance is very friendly and mostly, I felt safe . I recommend living here if you are a student or a young professional like me."

I am a short walking distance from anything around. There's a bus stop right out front. The employees in the leasing office are so energetic and fun. This is a great place to live and I highly recommend it to anyone. :)"
