"My family stayed in Cabin 101 for a week and had the most amazing time! The amenities were wonderful for my young boys, my husband, and me. It was clean, safe, and close to the beach and so many restaurants. The cabin itself was perfect for our family - it had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean. I highly recommend booking this cabin! The property manager Kathleen was wonderful to us and readily available, though we did not need her for a thing. We will absolutely be coming back next year!"

"This was our 2nd year renting Cottage 101 and our 3rd year staying within the Summer Village complex. We chose Cottage 101 because we liked the location which is very close to the entry into Summer Village, the fitness center and to the adult pool. A trolley stop is located right across the street and that is especially handy for families with kids. Cottage 101 is a two-bedroom unit with a queen in one bedroom and a double queen bunk in the second bedroom. The cottage is designed to address the needs of their guests, it’s well maintained, and the property manager is very responsive. The only thought I would add is that renters with very young children should consider the match between the entry location of the cottage and their children’s play needs. My husband and I love staying at Cottage 101 in Summer Village and I believe it will always be our 1st choice for our week-long stay in Wells."

"Our family has been staying at 44 Beachmere Place for the past three years, and we can't say enough wonderful things about the house and management! The location is perfect, with easy access to the town, Marginal Way, the beach, etc. The house is clean, beautifully appointed and well stocked. Management promptly addresses any questions or concerns that arise. Such a gem of a property!"

"We had a wonderful vacation at Beach Dream Cottages. We stayed in Yacht Club Village #302. The cottage was great, well provisioned, convenient layout, and very clean. It had everything we would need: games, grill, kitchen equipment, new dishwasher, and a wide variety of TV channels. Kathleen was great to work with, kept us updated throughout the year, and met us during check-in. It was a great week and we look forward to returning next year."

"The cottage number 231 was very cute and very clean! My husband and I stayed with our 3 girls ages 5, 8 and 11 and they comfortably shared a room that had a full size bed and trundle bed. Nice dining room with plenty of space to eat and play games. They loved the 2 family pools which we could walk to and also loved the playground. It was a little difficult to get the trundle bed out from under the full bed and it would’ve been nice to have a large table to eat outside (chairs were provided) but I still loved the place! Very family oriented!"
