"Kerry is an excellent receptionist. Kind, understanding and helpful and I wish more people like her worked for them. However I am now the fourth member of my family to leave this practice for mutliple reasons. I can't imagine picking up a call, Looking up patient information, going to a file cabinet to see what's on hand, determine the best way to handle said call that benefits both patent and business is that difficult. However if said situation not only overwhelms you instead of simply putting patient on hold because your "doing 3 things at once" but causes you to be rude and unprofessional maybe that job isn't for you. Maybe try dog walking? People in this country are struggling enough but at the end of the day we are all in this together. Being a manager myself I know to well the difficulties of not only running a business but maintaining good relationships with the public we serve. And losing business is no business"
"If I could give a 0 star I would. The woman at the window was extremely rude. She had me standing outside waiting for her to assist me,while she made numerous of phone calls instead of assisting me and expected me to wait on her to make her phone calls."
"Full disclosure: Dr. Nadeau is my dad, but I'll tell you that you'll never meet someone who works harder for his patients and who tries to provide the best level of care possible. I hope that you'll give him and his practice a try - you won't regret it!"
"If you are looking for a professional eye exam, Dr Nadeau is an excellent choice. But if you require corrective lenses, do not get them here. The staff that I dealt with was untrained. Not only did they not know that a facial measurement was required for the frames, but more importantly they did not know how to submit an order for the glasses which was consistent with the doctor's prescribed lens. After correcting the order, it was never processed. Waited 3 weks to find out that they were never ordered"
