"I was only there a year, but it was an amazing place to live. I always felt super safe with all the security cameras and key fob access to each level of entry. My balcony overlooked the Henry Law park which often had bands playing at night in the pavilion. George, the landlord/property manager, was easily reachable through phone call, email or text and responded promptly. He was friendly and funny with my kids. When I first inquired about renting in that building, they got me in to see it and was able to complete the paperwork right away. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for. Definitely worth it."

"I contacted Foster’s Place telling them that I was interested in a 1BR/1BA back in 2020. George reached back out promptly with availability, and we negotiated a 3-year lease for the unit I wanted. I’ve had zero issues these past 3 years. The Kostis family keeps the property extremely clean and maintained — in fact, don’t expect to NOT run into one of the owners (George) and encounter him working on the property and waving at tenants on a regular basis. During winters, the parking lot is promptly plowed. The property sends out frequent notifications about important events and activities going around Dover. George has been extremely responsive to all my tenant-related inquiries/texts/emails, and goes above and beyond in ensuring that everyone has a safe and comfortable space to live. I will truly miss living at Foster’s Place, and for that reason, they’ve earned my highest recommendation on apartments to rent out in Dover."

"Lived there for 3 years, and would have stayed longer if I were staying in Dover. George & his team are great landlords - always fair & courteous, and always giving as much heads up as possible whenever an upcoming event may impact their tenants (such as city events in Henry Law Park or mandatory fire alarm testing). Rent did increase slightly year over year, but never by an outrageous amount - especially compared to the exorbitant prices being charged at other nearby apartments. I really don't think you can find a better place to rent in Dover."

"My husband and I have lived at Foster's Place for almost two years, and we can both say with certainty that it is the best apartment complex, with the best management, that we have ever had the privilege to rent from. The whole place is clean, well-maintained, and extremely secure. George and the team are always on top of everything, from mail and packages to snow plowing. We've had no issues at all and any maintenance is taken care of before we even have to request it. Neighbors are friendly and we never hear noise from other apartments. Garbage and parking are also easy (and clean!). It is truly a pleasure to live in this charming place that is run by such a kind and attentive landlord. The location is also perfect--walking distance to downtown and right next to a park. The only reason we are moving out is because a change of military orders is taking us to another state. We will miss Foster's Place!"
