"Massive bed bug problem in this building. 5 months into living here I had bed bugs, after talking to others in the building it’s been an ongoing issue for years. At this rate every person who lives there will have bed bugs at some point. Port property is absolute trash and are not doing the best they can to fix the issue. Thankfully I was able to break my lease and get out of the disgusting building."

"Not sure what this other person is talking about. Lived here for years and no issues. The part of the lease they're referring to is a standard one page agreement that informs the tenant of the law concerning pests and renter's rights. I've had a good experience renting from Port Property in multiple locations throughout Portland including this one. Just my experience though"

"Horribly infested with bed bugs. Lost ALL of my belongings. The fact that there was a whole clause in my lease 3 pages long with information on bed bugs should have been a red flag but I was desperate for a place to live at the time. They refuse to treat the whole building and at this point theres probably too many hundreds of thousands of them living in the walls for them to even bother trying. Good people working in the office though, I will give them that they were helpful and that’s the ONLY reason I’ll give two stars. It’s also hot as all hell in here and they won’t fix that issue either. You do not want to live here."
