"Bait and switch tactics. During the quote process I made a custom policy with comprehensive and collision. Because my bike is stock and didn't want the $3000 accessories coverage. Paid my deposit signed my contract waiving under insured and bodily injury coverage. Just to receive an email saying i don't have comprehensive and collision coverage and that it will be an additional 583.43 to the premium. Needless to say I told them I wanted to cancel and refund. No response until the following week. Where the rep said oops your email went to my spam folder and that if I want my refund they will only refund whats left after fees and prorated time that I had the policy. Skip this insurance find better."

"Avoid like the plague!!! Got a quote built a custom coverage paid to start coverage and got an email saying my coverage was limited. Tried to call no answer wants to leave a message. Finally spoke with someone and they said "the policy probably be $100 more" what?? You don't know what the service is? They got me with the old bait and switch. AVOID THEM"
