"I suffered a catastrophic hand injury in early February and have been coming in here for 3 months for follow-up appointments and for occupational therapy. Everyone on staff has been so pleasant and kind. Richey, at the front desk, was often the friendliest and most positive person I might encounter each week. Without a doubt, his demeanor lightened the mood of these visits. I also want to offer a public thank you to Vicki, my OT therapist, who worked with me over the course of 20+ visits as I recovered. Her positivity and encouragement contributed to my healing and turned the hard work of therapy into a joy."
"This place is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS I had an appointment rescheduled with them TWICE. Called to let them know I was running 15 minutes late due to getting stuck behind school busses in NUMEROUS towns being I live OVER AN HOUR AWAY for an HOUR LONG APPOINTMENT and they refused to take me or put me in with someone else. DO NOT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME HERE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR CARE JUST THEIR MONEY. Not to mention I’m currently pregnant. If I had known they were going to treat patients as such I would have NEVER had my referral sent to this AWFUL ESTABLISHMENT"
"As far as medical care, there haven't seen to be any issues of quality. What has been done to me so far medically for my broken ankle seems to be good work to my knowledge. The reason for negative review is my experience with customer service. They are extremely hard to get a hold of over the phone, basically any question clinically needs call back. Front line staff get impatient quickly and can't give any time frame for urgent questions. They made a mistake with my medication and I needed to go to pharmacy multiple times and call multiple times. I need to organize rides to pharmacy from my injury so this made things very stressful. They are all over the map with how long it takes to send a prescription, and then I have to call back and go over the same process after an hour, I guess the doctors forgot to sign it or something. Basically it made this process hugely inconvenient, and when I complained explaining that I was upset, front line staff showed zero empathy or remorse for their mistake, and the doctor said I could only give customer service complaints directly to him and also showed little empathy. I had a very bad experience overall as a patient and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I know it's through insurance or 3rd party method, but I still have to pay for insurance, ect.. I just feel like if thousands of dollars are spent for a service or product, medical or not, customer service should be much higher quality and more of a priority."
"Can’t really speak to how good the medical care is yet since I really haven’t received any after an initial appointment and four attempted phone calls to discuss my pain. Called on Monday and left a message for the Dr. who, unbeknownst to me, was in the OR on Monday and Tuesday and couldn’t return calls. I wasn’t given this information and didn’t receive a callback so called again on Wednesday and was told I would receive a callback that day and didn’t. Called again on Thursday and expressed my frustration with the situation as well as my pain level and was once again told that no one was available to take my call and that I would receive a callback. I insisted that I needed help and after 11 min on hold was able to speak with the medical assistant who told me that she would speak with the Dr. that day and have someone call me back to schedule a procedure appointment. Today is Friday and I haven’t received a callback so I called again an was, once again, told no one could speak with me and that someone would call me back today. I have no confidence that anyone will. I have made is extremely clear that I need help and am in pain each time I call. Clearly the staff here does not value me as a patient or human being. The only reason that I have not changed doctors is that everyone else is booking weeks/months out and I don’t want to have to wait that long to get help."
