"Wow what a great experience! We had a really bad situation setting up commercial insurance for our new business. Poor coverage, double what we’d been quoted. We started training in a week and had to have insurance. Bryan was recommended to us and he set us up within a couple days at a much better rate. Even called us back over the holidays (while he was walking his dog!) to assure us everything was under control. He kept up really quick responses, answered all our questions and never tried to oversell us. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you!"

"I left this agency when my agent Patricia who I had for years retired she was very nice And was very helpful when I had any questions about my policy. Nobody could replace her at this agency. The people that I dealt with at Desanctis insurance after she left were very rude and not very knowledgeable! Bryan Juwa was so terrible to deal with & very condescending with an attitude. I have left this agency since but was going through past emails and wow!!! I couldn't believe how nasty he got with me. I just don't want anybody to have to deal with this and I strongly advise you not to go there!!! That is why I am writing this review!! Stay away from this agency. There are so many other insurance companies that treat customers well and want their business!! I am thankful that I am not doing business there anymore!"
