"It's an old textile mill converted into apartments. Nice location south end of Dover near Spaulding Tpk. The river flows past - and through - the property. Very high ceilings, plumbing and HVAC is exposed. Main hall is open where you can see from ground floor to top floor. Apartments are a bit on the small side and can get chilly in winter though."

"I went to visit family and was surprised at the look of the inside of the building. I loved the colors and decorations. It is very hard to navigate though and it is easy to get lost in the extensive hallways"

"I don't live there but a friend of mine does. And according to him it is a great place to live. The management company is quick to address any issues and maintenance respond in a timely fashion also. It is very scenic being an Old Mill right on the river."

"Spacious, cool in summer and warm in winter. Beautiful apartments windows are gaint and nice to sit next to or in. Laundry in the building is cheaper then most laundry mats. Cat friendly and very easy to get along with other occupants."

"Insanely rude customer service. Apparently politely inquiring about availability merits an email shouting fit with bold, underlined, passive-aggressive statements after they tell you how busy and full they are. Maybe they should consider raising the price instead of being absurdly rude to potential customers."
