Reviews of Saco Mill #4
"Building is pretty but otherwise it’s pretty much a waste of time. Things are flimsily constructed and don’t even bother asking if you can have a pet other than a dog or cat because they’ll just say no to pretty much anything you want to do or have that isn’t the complete norm. The walls don’t even go all the way to the ceiling so you have zero privacy unless you live alone. If you do live here, don’t live in the wing with the laundry or near the hall doors because that’s all you’ll hear, especially if your door doesn’t go to the floor. All in all, it’s incredibly expensive for a super by the books 100% of the time company with no wiggle room or options other than what’s specifically listed as your rights in the lease. Even the rooftop balcony is a waste because it locks automatically at like 7-8 at night which completely defeats the purpose of the propane fire pit up there. And the tower is an oven so don’t bother trying to use the pool table."
"I’ve lived here with my husband for almost 3 years now. I have nothing but great things to say, management is friendly, and very responsive to any questions or issues, maintenance staff is efficient, polite and communication from both is fantastic. Lots of amenities, we love living here. I wish they sold condos because we’d love to purchase from them."
"The building has a lot of potential but property manager Kerry is never in her office and lacks communication skills. There is often times dog waste in the hallways. It’s a shame, when Matt ran the place it was so much nicer."
"A years worth of quarantine hair, GONE. Heather Rae at Sparrow Creative Hair Studio was absolutely amazing, I've never loved my hair more. The space was so bright, airy, with a ton of plants. Super welcoming and very covid-19 safe. Will definitely be going back!"
"The building Is beautiful and we've never had problems here before, but it's come time to fix the ac. We are paying full price for a broken elevator and no air conditioning. Our apartment is so hot my cat started having a heat stroke the other day so since then I've consistently had to drench our entire cat in the sink every 4 hours to avoid a trip to the vet. The apartment was so hot the other night we had to leave and sleep at a friends place. (we are not allowed to use our ac that you put in the window)It's RIDICULOUS. They need to fix the AC before someone's baby has a heat stroke and they have a real problem. Our apartment reached 103 degrees and I had to keep waking up to take a cold shower to stop myself from panting in my sleep. Not okay! Our neighbors are just as upset!"
