"They let me use the bathroom without buying a drink +10000! But I ended up staying to watch a little soccer. This place is definitely the quintessential New England Dive bar: 1. Smells like old damp wood (church) ✅, 2. Only takes cash ✅, 3. Nice old man who asks too many personal questions as the bartender ✅. I’m from Boston and the closest you can get to this in the city is The Tam. They don’t serve food AT ALL. this place is only for those who know what they want out of a night; not kids trying to happen upon some fun."
