"Disastrous. They made some sort of mistake when they gave me an appointment (back in June) and so they canceled it, and I have to get a new appointment..in 6 months!! I am 71 years old with chronic conditions, I need to see an actual doctor. They sign up people with no idea of actually treating them."

"Most neglectful "medical" practice ever!!! Do physicians and staff no long practice the "Hippocratic Oath? My Mom has contracted a severe, possibly fatal infection and is severely ill. This office has already written her off. Her replacement doctor has never met or even called her her once in this period since her illness in early February , and staff are not taking this do not return calls. We are in desperate need of home health and/or hospice care and because it needs to be doctor ordered, she is not able to get the care she needs as the practice is ignoring our calls for help. So frustrating as she gets sicker with each passing day."

"The most chaotic doctors office I have ever been to. They miss something (a call back, ordering the appropriate blood test, letting me know to fast before a procedure, obtaining records from the ER that they told me they would have in hand before my appointment) literally every time I interact with them."

"Wasn’t even in there 2 minutes before I dealt with the rudest person working there. I had just left work and came here for an appointment, I did my phone call to let them know I was here and apologized for not having a mask in my car asked if they had an extra before even entering a kind lady on the phone says absolutely! Then proceeds to tell me when you walk in go through the double glass doors take a right when going in and go to the desk at the end, so I did so…. I was walking in and before I could even ask for a mask and apologize yet again a rude women working there starts yelling at me in front of everybody to grab a mask pointing at the desk repetively and repeating herself, she then proceeds to yell at me to go to the waiting room where I originally entered the building as if I had done something wrong, this is my first time coming here, not even 5 minutes into the visit and I’m in awe and speechless. I haven’t even gotten to my appointment yet and this just got me upset."

"I love them so much over here that I travel from Augusta just to see them! It’s a great staff! They love what they do and they sincerely care for their patients! I can’t express how grateful I am to be a patient here. Dr Kabaeva, Kailee, Danielle, Terry, Cindy, Donna to name the few staff that are awesome thank you! ♥️"
