"Good experience overall. We shipped a very expensive generator that unfortunately got damaged by a forklift by the shipper. Most importantly, pictures were taken before and after shipment. Damage was noted and agreed by the truck driver. The claim was a fairly long process but understandable when dealing with something like this. After the claim was approved, we received a check within 2 weeks. Lisa done a great job. No one wants to go through a frustrating ordeal like damaged freight. Falvey done the right thing in our case and will use them in the future to insure our freight."

"All of the one star reviews are absolutely deserved. Canceled my company's coverage because we had to file too many claims. Why? Because carriers damage our product and then find any way possible to get out of paying. But instead of blaming the responsible parties, they punish the small business that can't afford $1,000's in losses on damaged product caused by neglectful, uncaring shipping companies. I would give you 0 stars if that was an option. Awful."

"Filed our first claim on a damaged shipment and the process was super easy. Lady handling claim was really professional and sympathetic to the issue we had. The check came in the mail about 8 weeks later."

"We regularly ship volume gear without issues and have recently found that certain routes tend to damage shipments which are well received at other destinations, as was the case here. Damage to the shipment during transit was evident as can be seen in the pictures but the insurance claim was denied. Even after repeatedly pointing out mishandling on the part of the shipping company, they denied the claim. What's the use of getting insurance if they don't cover legitimate claims?"

"Absolute horror dealing with this company. Do not book insurance with them, they will never reimburse you. We filed a claim and sent all the photos and evidence. We followed all instructions and they just went cold. No response to any E mails sent to their claims department, support department, adjuster, or even to voicemails that we left them. Their last email 2 months ago said that a check was being mailed out. Did we ever receive it? Of course not. To make matters worse, even though we created an account and filed a claim on their website and received a confirmation email, we are now kicked out of their system and we cannot sign in online. It says out email does not exist!! We are speaking with an attorney on Monday."
