"We LOVE our unit at The Thomas! The communal areas are very clean and constantly upkept, the maintenance team is very quick and responsive when anything is needed, and the staff is kind and quick to help with anything that is needed. We have a 2 bed, 2 bath and we love the amount of space and the layout of the unit. The amenities and bonuses of living in this complex are hard to beat! We have been here for over a year and plan to stay much longer."

Kate was super great to work with. She was very informative, answered all my questions and always got back to me in a timely manner. Moving is a stressful process and Kate was sure to make sure everything went smoothly. Jillian and Kate both helped me with renting a storage unit located in back of the property which has been super convenient. I love living here so far!"

"I was so fortunate to find The Thomas Apartments! I was new to NH and called to ask about the Tara Meadows apartments. I talked to Mary Beth. She was very friendly and gave me all of the details about Tara Meadows. And then mentioned that they also managed The Thomas Apartments and asked if I might be interested in looking at them, too. She met us right away and showed us multiple apartments at both locations. She was so kind and professional, and never showed irritation when we asked to look at another unit. She didn't pressure us at all. Well, we're so glad she showed us The Thomas Apartments. We looked at a lot of places before deciding to rent here. There's nothing in the area as nice as these, especially for the price. It feels like an upscale apartment but without the crazy upscale price. Just take a look at the pictures I posted - this is the view I get to see out of my living room window every day! The sky always looks different, but is always beautiful. The layout of the apartment is great, with the living room and kitchen as an open floor plan and the bedrooms on either side. The room sizes are very generous, with lots of storage space and large bathrooms. We especially love the big windows and deck. The apartments border a wooded area, so there are some trails to walk on for exercise. And the complex is very close to all the shopping you would need (Market Basket, Staples, Walmart, Target, Home Depot), but it's nestled back in the woods far enough that you don't hear any of the traffic noise. There's just the faint sound of a train whistle once in a while, which is actually quite nice. We love it here and can't recommend it enough! Mary Beth, Larry, and Bryan work in the office and are super nice and always professional and helpful. And Paul installed a couple of water filters for me in the showers and under the sink, and he was very friendly and quick. I've been very impressed with how the apartments are managed. Give them a call!"
