"A hard place to find even with map need to pay close attention to signs, especially if your not familiar with the area. The staff at this facility are wonderful. Fast and easy sign in,the Nursing staff and Dr's are the best."

"If I could give Maine Neurology a zero, I would. Having an MS attack only to be told my referral would have to be reviewed and that it would take a month. I have been a patient of Maine Neurology off and on for almost 30 years. Thank goodness I have a mild form of MS, but apparently that works against me because I was also told I am now considered a new patient because it’s been 3 years. That must be some kind of rule. When I questioned the length of time it would take, the women who answered the said it was because Maine Neurology gets “hundreds of referrals everyday and it takes time to process” I’d prefer not to lose my balance, not have strength in my left arm and leg, but I don’t know any alternative. With as much money as Maine Health spends, one would think they’d add additional resources to help Me Neurology."

"My minor daughter's doctor is great. However the business altogether don't have web pages. So that you can see cancellations or any other information that would be helpful to the patient. When you live two hours away it's a big deal driving in a 6 to10 in snowstorm. Especially when you know you got Precious Cargo in the backseat of your car. And if you can't make it they threaten to drop you or even take bigger messages. When you're driving that kind of distance you kind of can't wait for a phone call when you guys open up that means your eyes open up at 5. To get all the way down there to find out what you're closed awesome"
