From payroll to program managers, everyone is helpful and has the best interest of clients and employees at heart. I haven’t seen another company that does weekly socials like we do- I think they’re so beneficial to the kids & everyone loves them! As an employee I miss having quarterly trainings, but program managers are always available for questions, concerns, and extra support. Compensation is fair, and I never feel like I’m on my own when working 1 on 1 with my clients. By far the most rewarding job I’ve had & I am so lucky to be part of this company!"
