"I look forward to going there twice a week. I have lower back arthritis that is very painful but they help me to slow down the spreading. They are awesome people to work with. Highly recommend them"
"excellent service, very friendly and above all knowledge in the matter, one looks for where to alleviate the pain to continue with my life, they took care of my problem and made me return to my normal life, in other places they steal money visit after visit, but here my first appointment and I feel better, already waiting for my next appointment to improve"
"Came here twice. First time I was less than impressed, second time I saw the owner Jeff and I left downright furious. His comments were not just ignorant, but downright rude. I’ve lived with a genetic disorder my entire life. Jeff, who told me he did not bother to read about my condition before my appt, nor did he care to hear any of the resources I gave him for information, thought he knew more about my disorder than I did. What a joke! At one point he asked me if there was any pain with an exercise and I stopped and paused and he immediately said “if you have to think about it then that means there’s no pain.” That is a ridiculous and ableist assumption. Chronic pain patients experience different levels of pain and it frequently exists as background noise to our brain. When I attempted to correct him on this and say “well that’s not necessarily true” He actually tried to argue back with me, "yes it is!" He said before trying to walk away. Such arrogance from this guy. At one point I had forgotten what number rep I was on and he snarkily said "what are memory problems associated with this condition?" Rude... just rude... He then said one of the worst things you could say to a chronic pain patient: ”things could be worse for you.” How extremely dismissive and invalidating. He was not willing to take my condition seriously, or rather, not willing to take me or my knowledge on the subject seriously. He also pushed me far beyond what I was capable of despite me requesting to start me off slower than most people. That request was ignored and I was thrown right into a routine that was far, far too much for my body and I left feeling ill. I also left wanting to cry because the experience was so infuriating and humiliating. Jeff needs to do better and learn to treat people with respect. Especially as someone in the medical field and especially as the owner of a practice. Seems like a common theme looking at the other review on here!"
"I began at Seacoast seeing Phil who was wonderful, explained everything to me, and was kind and compassionate. Because of covid the staff decreased and I had to switch to the owner Jeff. I have never felt so humiliated and belittled. He was seeing me for my shoulder which my doctor was on the fence about whether it was an impingement or frozen shoulder. It was extremely painful and I had very limited range of motion. I would come in and Jeff would ask me to raise my arm. When I couldn't raise my arm very high he would very loudly announce in front of everyone that even if it was broken I could do better than that. He would then proceed to push me through exercises that hurt telling me it didn't matter and there was nothing we were doing that would cause any damage. When the exercises were done he would manually do some range of motion with my arm while I was laying down and aggressively rub tight areas around my shoulder like I wasn't even human. Each and every exercise I did it seemed he enjoyed belittling me. I was either going too slow, baying it too much, etc, etc. I can't believe I stayed there for the visits I did. I am now going elsewhere and the therapy is 100% different. The focus is to never cause pain, and the therapists actually listens to and values everything I report about how my body is feeling. Jeff I should have spoken to you directly when I was there.. How dare you treat me like you did! And I'm sure I am not not the only one. You sir need step back from what your doing!"
