"Dr. Hamilton was fantastic, and the office staff was very friendly and accommodating! The Windham office is right off of Roosevelt Trail in a multitenant professional building. It's small, but the knowledge and positive energy from Dr. Hamilton is immense. Temper your expectations that the eye glass selection is less extensive at this office due to the floor space, however, the primary office in Gray has more. This is a convenient office for getting your eyes checked while feeling taken care of by the expertise and excellent equipment."

"I have been going to Dr Guisely for over 10 years. He's a wonderful optometrist. He takes his time with you and listens. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is due to the front end staff. Year after year I have issues. One year I had trial contacts I didn't like and I got a horrible attitude when I requested the order on them be canceled. Following year I had insurance that reimbursed my out of pocket costs. I had to change up my order to maximize my benefits, and again, I received an attitude. This year, when asked to pay my $75 contact lens exam I informed them I had called my insurance and specifically asked if that was covered, and was told yes. I was told it is not covered by Martin's point, is an elective procedure, and had to pay it. I did. Upon calling Martin's Point when I returned home I called. Again, I was told it was covered. However, when I gave them the code billed I was told it wasn't? MARTINS POINT is supposed to get back to me with a final answer. If covered, I will pursue with front staff,and again expect an attitude. Having worked over 40 years with people sure miss the common respect and courtesy that used to be delivered..."

"This review is for the Windham office. Genuinely friendly and professional. State of the art equipment. First time i have seen an image of my own optic nerve and health of my eye. The office itself is a comfortable place to be. The eye exam was very thorough, and no pressure to purchase glasses. Very efficient. Seems I was in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes after filling out a form. I highly recommend."
