Jen, Ben and the entire staff made me feel at ease. I didn’t feel rushed and the providers went above and beyond to address my “whole” self and all of my concerns. I walked away smiling and my pain has been significantly reduced. The waiting area, exam room and procedure room were impeccably clean with modern decor. Making an appointment and checkout was a breeze. And I was able to easily schedule follow ups with Ben was easy continuity of care. "I haven't ever written a review before, but I feel that it is important for me to share how positive my experience at CIH was because of the help I received there. I sustained an uncommon injury earlier this year, and it was an exceptionally challenging process finding care. I was referred to Dr. Zev Myerowitz at Cape Integrative Health due to his ability to address and treat my injury. It is often hard for me to ask for help, and because of the sensitive nature of my injury, it was an uncomfortable process looking for treatment. Dr. Zev is honestly the most respectful and considerate medical professional I've ever encountered! I went to CIH for about six months, and I was grateful for how committed he was to the process for treating my injury. Dr. Zev handled everything with exceptional care and talked me through everything so that I was well-educated on all of the options and what he was doing. "Had a good experience with Cape Integrative until I didn’t. Two years after my last service I received a new invoice. Upon further review Cape Integrative billed my insurance for both services that occurred during the visit and services that did not occur during the visit. Very disappointed both with their suspicious billing practices and their refusal to remedy the situation. Don’t be surprised if you get invoices years after your visits if you choose Cape Integrative!"
